Shipping & Return Policy Info
Due to the high volume of orders placed during a Clearance/Sale event, items are not guaranteed to be in stock.
**Orders placed over the weekend (Friday-Monday) will ship out from our warehouse on the following Tuesday. Our shipping department is closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.** All other orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boone Belles! If not, you may return your merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for a STORE CREDIT under the following conditions:
- We DO NOT accept returns on sale or clearance items, bandeaus, camis, earrings, leggings, slips, or socks.
- All accessories and jewelry are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
- All sales on clearance and sale items are FINAL.
- All merchandise returned must be in the condition in which it was received-unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached, free from any damages, makeup, heavy perfume, or smoke will not be accepted on any item. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. (We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Returned items must be received within 14 days of the day you received your package.
If a return does not meet our guidelines, we will contact you, and if you choose to have the items returned, you will be billed for the shipping.
Once we receive your return, please allow us 7 days for processing.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at Boonebelles@gmail.com or (828)263-7350 immediately (Within three days of receiving). Boone Belles will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer and we highly suggest that you purchase a tracking code to ensure the return package makes it back to us safely!
Make sure to send the invoice or a copy of the invoice back with your item you are returning.
Once we receive and approve the return, a store credit will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable.
